Big, gorgeous lesbian weddings are a ton of fun and lovely to look at but sometimes the details and the stress and the drama overshadow the actual point: two people are committing their lives together. That point – well, it’s monumental. So when a sweet ceremony like this comes along it’s a good reminder of what it’s all about.
(Plus Jill and Susanne are adorable and the HighLine is my favorite place in NYC.)
From Catherine Hunsburger: Jill and Susanne got married in city hall with a few close friends. Afterwards we all jumped in cabs and headed to the highline for a photo session. The weather was perfect and everyone was full of smiles, tears and laughter. It was a lot of fun.
