Shylah and Charity’s gay wedding is such a treat. I am mesmerized by the blend of tranquility and merriment (rockin’ party?) that exude from these photos. Not to mention: every. perfect. detail.
Our wedding day was filled with love and surprises, just as we hoped! The biggest surprise being the weather…
As any New Englanders know, spring time is always a wet time BUT… wow, it was a full on MONSOON! It rained more that day than it usually rains in 2 months combined. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony along with lawn games and cocktail hour outside but we changed our plans to having the entire day inside the barn. We worked so hard on creating the barn into our Vintage-Garden dream and we were so happy it could be the focal point to our day. Our guests told us how the rain was such a beautiful sound pattering against the metal barn roof during our ceremony. The evening continued and as everyone says it was over in the blink of an eye.
Our wedding day was such an amazingly wonderful time and we were so thankful & blessed to share our love for one another with our most cherished friends and family.
