Sweetest engagement photos (partially) taken in the City I love!
From Ashley: Sherry and I met as roommates. That’s right. I moved into a new apartment with Sherry and two others, all of whom were strangers to me. At some point during our “getting to know each other” phase, I realized there might be a bit of flirtation going on. We were texting and emailing more than I had with previous roommates. We made each other mixed CDs and suggested books the other might like. Things girlfriends do. Then, one night Sherry asked me if I wanted to join her and her friends for a night out dancing. I said yes a little too excitedly. The rest, as they say, is history. Fifteen months after our first kiss we were engaged, and now we’re planning our June 2013 wedding. We were so happy to have our dear friend Oriana Federico take photos of us to celebrate our engagement. We did two shoots – one on a cold, sunny, winter day in Boston (where we live), and one on an early spring day in NYC (where Oriana lives). We hope that the photos exude not only our love for each other, but also the fun we have together. How lucky are we that we get to be roommates forever?
